Bertrand Hamel's workshop began with a theoretical exhibition
of
meanings, concepts and concrete topics of
breathing,
dietetics and energetic
processes. You know the meaning of the
Chinese word Kung - fu?
Fu is To be A Human
being, and Kung
is the art of the
perfection. Of
there, we happen to Chikung,
being the Chi the
breath, the
vital
energy, which is got for the
breathing, the
environment,
the alchemy of the food and drinks and the
action.
With regard to the
breathing, one spoke of the suitable thing
of remembering y/o to learn the
abdominal breathing and completes
her(it), to obtain a more
relaxed
condition(state)
permanently, helping to support besides
the correct
position(attitude)
(not to raise
men. During the
session of
work, Bertrand is revealing how dividing from the

construction, a correct
position(attitude) ...

peace. Allow you that from the feet

form, but of the
only possible
form:
correctly. The exterior presses the life to

(doctors,
osteopaths,
chiropractors,
counselors,
therapists, amibos,
familiar(family), good
customs, correct addictions ...) quite
directed to the

breathing, action and thought ".

the effects that the
food, the

power,
the knowledge and the certainty of what it is the
better(best)
thing for each one and what is what you need to change into your
life, and to help later to the external
change.
The Kung Fu
says that it is necessary to learn well the
methodology.
Bertrand Hamel proposes the following method to working
(and not
on the
contrary):
- Gravity Center
(line of balance
between(among) sky and
land)
- Breathing (pace)
- Movement
(given by the pace of the Vital
Breath)
On having
finished, we listen to the sensations and reigning
feelings in the
room: " heaviness in the lowest part of the
body ", " tension in the neck ", " easing
